Consecration and delivery arrangements

All products are designed by Master Mak Ling Ling, who also undergoes a special consecration and blessing ceremony. After placing an order, we will arrange a consecration ceremony for each product. This process usually takes 7 days to ensure that each product has the best spirituality and effect. After the consecration is completed, we will process and arrange shipment as soon as possible. Delivery time

Please note that dispatch time and transit time are calculated separately. We will arrange shipment as soon as possible after ensuring the products pass strict quality control tests and are carefully packaged. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and delivery region.

Shipping Location and Split Delivery

Our products are shipped from our partnered warehouse located in Malaysia. Since different factories specialize in different areas of production, you may receive multiple packages, especially if you purchase multiple items.

Please note that holidays in the country of origin may cause shipping delays, which are not considered business days. In addition, depending on the country or region, customs duties and import taxes are borne by the consignee. Expedited Shipping

We also offer expedited shipping options to help you receive your products quickly when you need them urgently. Please note that there may be additional charges when choosing expedited shipping, and customs duties may be incurred during shipping, which will need to be borne by the recipient. Return Policy and Full Refund

All goods are expected to be delivered to buyers within 60 days (90 days for some countries and regions such as Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Italy, Russia and South Africa). If you have not received the product within this period, you can apply for a full refund.

A full refund cannot be requested in the following circumstances:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer;
  • Delivery delays caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, etc.
  • Lost or uninsured orders;
  • Any other delays caused by reasons beyond the control of the Prophet such as public holidays and customs issues.
