30-Day Return Policy

Returns may be requested within 30 days from the date the merchandise was received.

Return conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags intact)
  • The original packaging materials must be retained
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Exchange Policy

It is recommended to complete the return process first and then place an order for a new item.

Special Terms for EU Consumers

According to EU regulations, orders shipped to the EU region have a 14-day right of return without reason (the goods must be kept in their original condition).
